Engagement weekend.
My husband and I purchased a quirky little 1930 Tudor in West Seattle in March of 2020. The view and the sunsets won us over. With pandemic time on my hands, and nowhere to go, I became obsessed with the drafty old leaded windows that framed my new surroundings. As the days turned into weeks, summer to fall and beyond I began to see changes; the color, the leaves, the mountains and the ever present rotating container ships in the harbor.
